Nao Santa María in Weymouth Harbour
The Nao Victoria Foundation return to Weymouth Harbour with the amazing Nao Santa Maria at the end of this month! Pleasure Boat, Vessel and Boatperson Licensing Policy Consultation
Dorset Council are proposing a new policy for licensing pleasure boats, vessels, and boat operators who do not fall under the jurisdiction of a harbour authority. Nothing has changed for operators that are currently licenced with us. This consultation does not affect vessels licenced by or who fall under the jurisdiction of the Weymouth, Bridport or Lyme Regis Harbourmaster. Celebrating 95yrs of Weymouth Town Bridge
A well known landmark of Weymouth, the Weymouth Town Bridge has been in operation 95yrs today! The Duke of York, who later became King George VI, opened the bridge on 4th July 1930 and apart from requiring maintenance /repairs over the years she is still standing strong today.
